2. User Eligibility

To use IndexPro.dev, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

3. Service Description

We offer automated solutions to:

  • Submit URLs for indexing or deindexing

  • Monitor indexation status

  • Provide bulk and real-time submissions via dashboard or API

  • Log historical indexing performance

We do not guarantee that every URL will be indexed or deindexed, as final control remains with Google and other search engines.

4. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

  • You must not share access or misuse any APIs or service accounts provided.

  • IndexPro.dev may suspend accounts for abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Payments & Credits

  • All services are prepaid via credit bundles. Each credit equals 1 indexing or deindexing operation.

  • Credits do not expire and are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

  • You may cancel purchases before credits are consumed.

  • Prices exclude tax unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use IndexPro.dev to index illegal or harmful content

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or tamper with our APIs

  • Exploit or overload the platform

  • Circumvent security measures

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

7. Use of Google APIs

If you connect your Google Search Console:

  • You authorize our service to perform API operations on your behalf

  • Owner access is required to perform indexing/deindexing

  • We do not access or alter other property settings

Our use is compliant with the Google API Terms.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While IndexPro.dev provides tools that significantly improve indexing speed, we cannot guarantee 100% indexation or deindexation, as this depends on external search engine policies and technical factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

IndexPro.dev shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Search engine penalties or traffic loss

  • Downtime or errors beyond our control

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for unused credits.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. IndexPro.dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
