At IndexPro.dev, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable indexing and deindexing services. Due to the nature of our digital services and the cost associated with setting up and processing each request, we follow a strict no-refund policy once credits are purchased and used.
No Refunds on Used Credits
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed (i.e., used for indexing or deindexing operations).
Credit Reimbursement Guarantee
If a URL is not indexed within 10 days of submission, the system will automatically re-credit your account with the used credit. This ensures you never lose value from failed submissions.
Cancel Anytime (Before Usage)
You may cancel your request or project before credits are used. If your credits remain unused, you may contact us to request a review or custom support.
Your Credits Do Not Expire
Purchased credits remain in your account until used. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no time limits.
